Hotel Codial Exclusive Enugu felt like a joke, a badly managed guest house. There's no water, working room phone, or internet. After I checked in, I found the sink had no running water when I needed to wash my hands, and staff offered me sachet water instead. They're still open for business. I'd already paid and checked in before seeing the other reviews, so I'm adding mine now.

This was the worst hotel service experience I've had. There was no water, the rooms were dirty, the bedsheets were bad, and the service was poor. Please don't spend your money here.

It's right on a main road, but the rooms need an upgrade and the service needs work.

It's an impressive-looking building, but that's where the appeal stops. The rooms aren't maintained, and none seems to have everything needed for basic comfort. The place has clearly seen better days and now seems to be running on its past reputation.

We had a delicious dinner at a very affordable price, my wife, son, driver, and I. Drinks were affordable too, unlike at some other places. The hospitality was lovely, the surroundings peaceful and quiet, and the security reassuring. FANTASTIC. I'll come back. Keep up the good work.
