The staff were good, but management's maintenance service was very poor. From the afternoon until about 11:30pm, there was one power issue after another. We couldn't get even an hour of light in the room, and it was hot. Network coverage and WiFi were bad too. We only wanted a hotel near the airport because our flight was at 8:35am, but it turned into my worst hotel experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I want to help someone else. If you need reliable power, look elsewhere and keep this as your last option.

The poolside bar was a lovely place to relax with a drink, and I liked the hotel's lively, easy-to-reach location. Inside, everything felt clean, spacious, welcoming, and safe, with health measures in place. Staff were warm and attentive from the moment I arrived. There are comfortable, well-appointed rooms and an impressive hall for mini-conferences or special events. The ambiance put me at ease right away. A great place to check out, unwind, and chill in style.

I booked five rooms for my family and me, and they were all dirty and unpleasant. The sheets hadn't been changed, there were cockroaches and lice on the beds, my fridge smelled rotten, and the toilet had turned brown. When I told the receptionist, she didn't seem bothered and said there was nothing she could do. The internet was awful too. I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel was simply terrible. Please avoid it at all costs.
