Abal Hall and Hotels

Nice views, and the hotel feels cool. The location is good too.

I liked how quiet it was, which gave me plenty of privacy despite the hotel’s superb location. Wetland Hotels also has spacious rooms, a lively bar, and room service around the clock. There’s a huge amount of free parking, among the most spacious I’ve seen in Ibadan, and it’s a relaxing place to stay.

The staff’s manner was terrible, and the property clearly needs renovating. A room costing 29k was in the condition shown in the attached pictures. It’s poorly maintained, and the service and room quality don’t justify the price.

The meals were good, and most of the staff were warm and welcoming. The building itself needs regular fumigation and a lot of maintenance to get back to standard. Chipped doors let rodents in, and the walls are badly scuffed and scarred.
