I stayed here two years ago, and when I came back last year I couldn’t believe how little was working properly. There was no AC or water, and the place was dirty. I found a chicken bone by the bed and dirt that looked like it had built up over years. Please don’t abandon the hotel. Check under the beds, hire someone who can clean, and fix the problems. I think the people managing the place are the issue. The manager, everyone working there, including the receptionist and cook, should go. The cook can’t cook. I suspect employees are stealing, and if you aren’t careful this could become a place full of crime. I won’t stay again. I’m sure you won’t read this until it’s too late. Good luck.

The location is great, and the receptionist was courteous. The rooms could use work: the sheets were in poor condition when we arrived, but staff changed them easily when we asked. The heater wasn’t working, either. A few minor repairs would improve the place overall.

It’s a fair place, but there’s room to improve the food from the kitchen. The waitresses are professional, though the establishment could use a mix of younger people who are more appealing. There also needs to be more attention to keeping things tidy and putting away unnecessary luggage.

The apartments are fine, though they won’t wow you if you’ve stayed somewhere better. The surroundings are peaceful, and the staff are friendly and provide good service. They replaced defective appliances when we checked, but at these rates they should have checked them before we arrived. All in all, a good spot for a family getaway in Ibadan.
