Enclave Hills Hotel

There was no water or electricity, the room had poor ventilation, and toothpaste wasn't available. The intercom didn't work, so each time I needed water or power I had to go downstairs to reception. In the morning I had to keep looking for the receptionist, and she disappeared from her post when we were checking out. I booked the most expensive room and still had a deeply disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Management needs to improve things or close it. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

I had a good stay, and the electricity stayed on as promised. The service stood out most: staff were welcoming and polite, and they attended to me right away on several occasions.

The good parts were that the staff were friendly, there was electricity throughout, and the AC worked really well. The food I ordered from the kitchen was okay, but nothing special, and the TV had only a few channels. My room's water heater didn't work, even though I'd specifically asked if it did. The door also wouldn't close all the way. Their Google Maps profile currently shows free breakfast, but they don't offer it. Checkout turned into a really upsetting dispute. They'd told me that leaving after 12 p.m. would cost 1,000 naira per hour. I left at 4, but the owner insisted on charging me for a full day.

The staff were courteous and welcoming, and the fittings looked modern. But the hot water didn't work. There was only a stool by the table instead of a chair, and it hurt my back when I tried to read. A few improvements and this could be a four-star place.
