The rooms were really nice, the WiFi was fast, and the prices felt fair. Customer service was top notch too. I couldn't use the pool because it was raining, but it was working. The hall has fancy chairs and holds about 100 people.

My room rate, as shared in the media, was 35,000NGN per night. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but a kitchen staff member charged me and I paid the hotel. The receptionist and manager were professional and helpful, and stepped in to get me a refund. The hotel is in a secure location and may have been one of the best when it first opened. It's still in decent condition, though maintenance seems to be slipping. Room and toilet facilities need fixing to protect guests' safety and privacy, and cleaning and fumigation shouldn't be neglected. Staff training needs attention as well.

The pool area was nice and relaxing, and the staff were welcoming. They greeted me whenever I came or went. But the room wasn't cleaned and its amenities weren't replaced, so I had to ask for toilet tissue every day. The restaurant food wasn't especially tasty, and there wasn't much variety. Breakfast could use more choices too. Maybe a three star hotel, but it doesn't feel like a four star one. The rooms need some improvement to be worthy of four stars.

The place is in a clean, quiet environment, and the receptionist was always polite and helpful. Some of the kitchen attendants could be rude, though. I stayed in a studio room, and its bathroom wasn't good enough. Some facilities should be replaced.
