The staff were friendly and respectful, and the power was steady. They had the complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush, tissue roll and tablet soap covered. The bedding and towels need urgent attention, though. I was served stale food, sent it back after complaining, and still had to pay. I also shared the room with rodents. Some guests seemed to live there and would shout or blast their radios without caring what time it was.

The rooms are classy and have safes in the wardrobes, and the whole place seems well managed and maintained. It’s a large, attractive hotel with plenty of facilities, including a gym, VIP gym, hair salon, in-house club, and a good food spot.

The toilets had leaking sinks and a bad smell, and the AC stopped working whenever there was no electricity. The rooms and interiors are old. Management needs to sort this out as soon as possible.

The customer service was poor, though the prices are fair. The rooms were clean, and there’s a supermarket, a club bar, and a decent outdoor bar. It was fairly okay overall.

For me, this has been the best around here so far. The location, rooms, and service stand out from most places in the area. A nice, lovely place to stay.
