Motiqoq Hotels And Suites

The air conditioning barely worked in the room I finally settled on, and I was too tired to move again. It took three rooms before I found one without a plumbing or water problem, which is surprising for a new hotel. Service was unpleasant too. We'd arranged for breakfast, then were told it wouldn't be provided.

It's a new hotel in the area and still clean and sparkling, except that rain leaves the bar soggy with water. Some days, miscreants and potential YBoys play loud music into the early morning. You can't know when they'll take over, and that could put off anyone looking for peace and quiet. Management should address it, perhaps by publicising a specific day for them. Service needs work as well.

Restaurant customer service was soooo poor. We waited an hour for the food, and it wasn't presentable when it arrived. The menu says plantain and coleslaw come with every plate, but we got neither. This has been my worst restaurant experience so far.

The rooms are superb, and there's standby electricity around the clock. The staff were amazing, and the manager was respectful and humble. I had so much fun and would definitely visit again soon. Kudos to motiqoq staff.
