The outside may look good, but the service is awful. I can't tell whether there's any effective management. The WiFi they promised doesn't work, and I have to call again and again just to get an order. They keep forgetting, then don't even apologize. They carry on as if nothing happened. If I could rate below one star, I would.

The location is good, but my stay was terrible. I came for a work week, and they charged the full amount even though they said the WiFi wasn't working. They also didn't bring the complimentary breakfast to my room, and may charge for that. I saw no sign of customer satisfaction being a priority. When I ordered dinner, I had to call three times and repeat myself because the restaurant handler forgot each time. I left on day two of my ten-day work week.

A minus five would fit this place better than one star. There was no WiFi, the bathroom was horrible, and the AC had no remote, so I had to get up in the night to switch it off, then get up again when it got hot. The front desk didn't tell me breakfast was complimentary, either. To top it off, there was a dead cockroach in the room when I checked in. Disgusting.

The location is just right, and Maria Giwa, the supervisor, along with the other staff, were good.

Room prices vary, with options at different affordability levels, and for the cost the hotel isn't bad. It has a bar and a swimming pool, though the service wasn't impressive.
