The staff were polite and always willing to help. My room was maintained well, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the hotel for short or long visits.

6/10
The place has a solid structure and a pleasant atmosphere, but management lets it down. Even though I was staying in a higher category, housekeeping was lacking, especially with the beddings. The AC only works when NEPA power is on, so relying on fans in the rooms was inconvenient. I had to change rooms because the fan wasn't working and there were cockroaches. Management needs to do much more to satisfy customers.

I really enjoyed my time there. They have a nice swimming pool.

The room and bed were comfortable, but they didn't change my sheets even after I put out the tag asking for the room to be cleaned.

The staff are nice, but the room was so poor for the price. The AC wasn't cold and made a noise like a generator. The brown bedspread and really bad pillow didn't help. I stayed just one night, then switched to another hotel the next day.
