Good location, average service. I wasn’t keen on the restroom in my room, though.

I wish I could give this no stars. The hotel looks nice inside and out, and the beds were comfortable for me, since I like orthopaedic mattresses. That’s about all I liked. A couple of the bathrooms smelled terrible, and the manager seemed dishonest and badly equipped for the job, with a mostly unskilled staff. A few people were polite, but most were rude, inefficient, unprofessional, untruthful, and clearly untrained. I was there for four days, and my meals kept getting mixed up. Nothing on the menu was available, so I had to choose whatever the restaurant said it had, and even then the order came wrong. The food was poorly cooked too. My omelettes were salty several times, and the beef was overcooked. Noodles were about the only thing I could eat, as long as they weren’t too salty, because they came with fresh vegetables cooked just right.

The staff were responsive and open to suggestions, and I enjoyed both breakfast and lunch. The rooms were clean, with good furniture and comfortable beds. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
