The 24/7 power supply is what I liked most. Nice place, and a very good hotel.

Horrifying to discover a live worm in the toilet seat that wouldn't flush away. 🤮🤢🤮

Some of the staff I met were nice and willing to provide good service, but management felt disorganized. When the manager wasn't available, there was no one to make timely decisions. The AC in my room was bad, and they wouldn't move me to another room unless I paid to upgrade, even though the problem was theirs. The bathrooms lacked basic necessities and didn't seem to have been planned properly. The overall convenience was poor.

People like me, who care about customer service, wouldn't enjoy this place. The gate attendant was only partly awake, and the tall, fair-complexioned housekeeper wasn't polite. I decided not to check in and stayed at dawn Carrington hotel instead. The staff need a lot of training.
