They’re far from reliable, so please don’t book here. I’d paid for four rooms weeks ahead for my wedding, but on the day they told me they’d mistakenly booked them to someone else. My guests were left waiting outside, and the hotel ruined the day and embarrassed them. After a lot of shouting and being kept waiting while they acted like they didn’t care, they eventually refunded me.

Several things in the room weren’t in good shape. The TV remote wouldn’t work, probably because of the battery, and mosquitoes were a major problem. I also had to remind them that breakfast was included in my booking. There was a light-skinned woman at reception who acted nonchalantly.

I stayed one night in December 2025. The service was minimal, and the hotel really needs renovation. My room had no trash bin, the bedding was old and dirty, and the bathroom badly needed attention, so I couldn’t even take a shower.

The receptionist was so kind, and room service was top-notch. When I came back, they’d neatly arranged the clothes I’d left scattered around.

For a stay in Surulere, I’d highly recommend this hotel. The room was neat and very good for the money, the electricity stayed on, the AC worked perfectly, and the water heater was good too. The rooms look nicer in person than they do on the site.
