The location is a nice residential area and the accommodation is budget friendly, though the building’s surroundings include some dilapidated, old, and abandoned buildings. Inside, there’s a decent lounge, an outdoor pool with seating, and free WiFi. The rooms are fair in size and appearance. There’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to the upper floors. The ambience didn’t feel quite right.

This property is no longer managed by Chapter one. It belongs to Fountain Hydrocarbons Ltd.. In my experience, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and I found them to be thieves, liars, and hypocrites. They breached the contract after taking millions from guests or residents. I’d tell anyone considering a room or long-term apartment lease to save their money. The value is zero, and these people should never be in hospitality. They hide behind Oil and a name.

It’s good value, and the room was much bigger than I expected. There’s no WiFi, but the apartment-style setup means you can come with food and other things. You’re guaranteed privacy, and Hubmart is nearby for food, drinks, or whatever else you need.
