The way staff treated me over breakfast was humiliating and left me feeling threatened and deeply disrespected, especially by the little girl in the bar area. I asked to take breakfast to my room, and the situation escalated into verbal abuse and insults. I was without my security detail, otherwise she would actually have been dealt with accordingly. I’ve stayed at hotels in several countries and never seen such a hostile response to a basic request. In a reputable hotel, room service or in-room dining is standard or at least offered respectfully. A hotel could bring breakfast for a small tip, or let you carry it yourself. This was unprofessional, demeaning and emotionally distressing. I’d warn anyone expecting basic hospitality, respect or customer service to stay away. International travelers should avoid this place, it’s a disaster and very dangerous. The room itself was disappointing too. I’d called ahead for an impromptu dinner meeting and asked for a business-class room, but was told it wasn’t available and only a Double Deluxe remained, which I paid for. For the price and advertised standard, it was surprisingly tiny. The TV was tiny and the channels unclear, and the bathroom was cramped. The online photos were misleading. The next morning, I called for breakfast and asked to have it in my room. This was without question the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I travel often and have stayed at dozens of hotels, but this was one of the worst first impressions I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, receptionist Sophia oki was indifferent and rude. She barely made eye contact, spoke dismissively, and treated every question like a burden. Instead of helping with the issue, she seemed spiteful. Her customer service skills are zero out of a hundred. Management should retrain or reconsider who they put at the front desk, since that person is guests’ first and last point of contact. The encounter ruined my stay before it even began. I rarely leave a negative review, but this left me no choice.

The place is quiet, and the staff are nice. The room was okay and big enough, but I’d had high expectations and was disappointed. There were power problems, then no water for hours in the morning when I needed it. That was really inconvenient. Apart from the water issue, it’s a really good hotel.

The AC barely cooled, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Earthworms were crawling out from somewhere in there. There was only one towel for two people, and they refused to bring another. When we returned at midnight, security took at least 20 minutes to open the gate. The receptionist seemed unprofessional and unfit for the job. There are plenty of lapses here, and management needs to look into them.
