For a budget stay in Ajao Estate, this was a good option. The staff were friendly and made the place feel homely. There’s an outdoor bar with cold drinks and matching finger foods. It’s easy to get to and close to OPM church.

The staff are friendly and easygoing, and the price is pocket friendly. Food from the kitchen is good. The rooms feel stuffy, though, and the corridors smell stale. Cleaning, air circulation, and fragrance need attention, along with general maintenance.

It’s a nice place to stay overall, and the food is good. The room was good too, but they should clean under the bed and wash the bathroom wall properly. They should also open the other gate so people don’t have to reach reception through the bar gate.

De Next Center has a great event hall with a lovely ambience in Ajao Estate, and the restaurant did a good job. The rooms are clean and affordable, electricity is available 24/7, and the staff are welcoming and ready to listen. There’s no spacious parking area, though.

De Next Centre is a cool hotel with an event hall, and both the rooms and hall are quite affordable. The rooms have good toilet and bathroom facilities, and the cooling system is okay. The hall is among the more affordable ones in Ajao estate. Parking is the drawback: there’s no space, so most event vehicles park outside the compound.
