There’s good electricity around the clock, and the security system is good too. The room was comfortable, staff were welcoming, and the customer service was nice. I’ve got no bad review of the hotel. Give it a try ❤️

Comfortable, quiet and peaceful. A nice place to stay for what the room costs, and I’d recommend it.

I booked online on 1st December 2025 for the night of 6th December and got a confirmation saying the room was booked, with confirmation number 140188. When we arrived, the Front Desk Officer didn’t respond to our greetings and told us the hotel was full and couldn’t take us. I showed him the booking confirmation and code, but he said the online booking wasn’t binding and I should have called to verify. He also said their online portal isn’t managed regularly. We had to search for somewhere else, which meant extra transport costs and a tiring trip through traffic. Don’t use this hotel’s online booking page, since it can’t be relied on. If you have to stay there, book by calling them directly.

The owner was rude and condescending to me and everyone I saw in the waiting room, and seemed to be extorting people. He was all over the place, creating chaos and disorganization. The customer service was terrible. You’d be better off sleeping under a bridge. Run for your life!
