The location is great, but the service needs more structure. When NEPA power goes out, there’s no AC, since the inverter only runs the fan and TV. The food was terrible, and the price made it even worse.

The simple 30k room impressed me, and the power supply didn’t cut out. The mattress I slept on, though, needs an upgrade.

I visited on 3rd of January, and the attendant said the whole hotel only had drinks. In GRA?

The AC can only be turned on at night, and room service was zero. The toilet heater didn’t work, the toilet door wouldn’t close, the sockets didn’t work, and neither did the telephone lines. You guys need to do better.

The location was excellent, very close to the airport, but the stay was horrible and we’re never going back. Reception was poor, and the room we’d booked online wasn’t available, so we had to pay for a more expensive one. It was terribly dirty, with a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been washed in ages and white sheets and a duvet badly stained with questionable fluid. Electricity was poor, the inverter kept shutting down, and the room light kept going off. It wouldn’t come back on until we went outside and reopened the door with the key card. The food tasted good but the portion was painfully small for the price. The receptionist also had to act as cleaner, kitchen staff, and bartender.
