The front desk woman looked smart, but she seemed more focused on her android phone than on helping me. She sat reluctantly through all my questions, and it was pretty annoying. I let it go because I have a cordial relationship with the owner. It's still a good place to stay, but they need to improve customer service. Watercress is just around the corner, so you'd think they'd make the most of their advantage selling indomie and other noodles.

I was there for a week, Feb 12-19. The food tasted good, the staff were friendly and I had some good conversations with them. The location worked well for me, and I walked about 10 minutes to the Kalakuta Museum. Power was on around the clock, but the AC doesn't work when the generator is on. As I discussed with the manager, the hotel needs urgent renovation, a facelift, and fumigation for the cockroaches. There aren't enough hangers in the wardrobes. The phone line to the kitchen doesn't work, and the one to reception fails sometimes. The AC is out in one or two rooms. It's only suitable for a very short stay.

My mom stayed for one night and couldn't stop talking about how friendly everyone was. The hotel is a bit old, but the service was excellent. The staff were ready to help with requests at any time. It's affordable and very close to the International airport.

I booked a room and was disappointed when I saw the place. The standards were too low for me, so I couldn't stay. The 10k, 12k, and 15k rooms seemed to differ only in lighting and color changes, and some rooms didn't even have a heater in this day and age. There's an outside bar and a spa, which is nice. If you don't expect much or have no other place to stay, you might consider it, especially if standards aren't a concern. For me, it's a no, and I wouldn't recommend it.
