I had to sweep my own room on Sunday 19th because it hadn’t been looked after that day. The TV was fixed to a channel that was unpleasant to watch. When I asked the staff member to change it, she was lazy and disrespectful about helping. She said the channel changer was upstairs and she couldn’t go get it.

They told me the room was 18k, then I was deceived into paying 20k. There was no water all night, and the staff promised to pump water that didn’t exist. The AC made noise but didn’t cool. It was a terrible experience.

The meals are good and affordable, and the rooms are very comfortable. JCB HOTEL is one of the better decent, affordable places in the mainland Ikeja and Ojodu area. The staff are respectful and willing to help. I recommend it to everyone.

It was okay, but the service would be better if they upgraded the place.

For your peace of mind, don’t stay here. You’d be better off sleeping under a bridge than spending your money on this place.
