Kelsey Greene Villa

I checked in on 5 Feb and left the next morning, unable even to brush my teeth because there was no light or water. Nobody told me there was a problem while I was in my room. When I asked reception, they said the generator had a problem, so there was no power or water. I wrote to Victoria afterward to ask for a partial refund, but she ignored my email and WhatsApp messages and didn’t even apologize. It’s been three months, and I’ve reported them to the authorities. I’ll make sure I get my refund for the poor service and awful customer care.

I spent two weeks there and really enjoyed my stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, the AC was cool, and the flat screen TV was good. Breakfast was very good, and the pool was a nice place to unwind. The customer service was excellent, and it was very affordable. They’re open to discounted prices for longer stays.

It felt like a home away from home, with a pleasing-looking property and very polite staff. I’d recommend it to anyone. The bathroom was a bit tight, though, so maybe go for a bigger room.

I went back to eat with friends after enjoying the delicious dishes and great service on my first restaurant visit. This time they added hidden charges after we’d eaten. I’d recommend the food based on my visit, but those extra charges were disappointing.
