The apartment was spacious and clean, with great amenities. It felt comparable to European standards, and I’d happily recommend it.

For me, the location is the main draw, but the staff are rude and painfully slow. The whole building also needs proper maintenance. Even trying to get a price was a hassle: the receptionist didn’t have a price list and sent me to a third-party agent. I was quoted a different amount from my friend, even though we asked on the same day. They should also consider daily cleaning, since toilet paper, bedding and towels need attention. The cooking equipment needs updating too. In the two-bedroom unit, the sitting room could use another AC. Add an electric kettle and wine and champagne glasses, and service or replace all the ACs and refrigerators. There’s a lot of work to do here.

The rooms were tidy and nicely furnished, and the space was generous. We booked a one-bedroom but were given a two-bedroom with the other room locked, which was funny to experience. The location was convenient, and I had no trouble with the electricity or internet. I also appreciated the manager and most of the staff, who were hospitable and quick to help. The service could still improve, though. One curtain wouldn’t open; we reported it, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. There’s no restaurant, so meals and breakfast aren’t available on site, but you can order through Glovo and have food delivered to your room. The place is attractive, and while some rooms have games, not all do. It’d be nice to have them in a shared space for guests to use at different times. There’s a pool, though I didn’t see or use it, and I’m not sure whether there’s a gym.

Being close to lively areas is a plus, but I didn’t find this place worth the money, and I wouldn’t stay here again. It badly needs maintenance: part of the ceiling was falling around the rain shower, there was no soap or anything else in the bathroom, and the whole place looked dirty. The rooms also have no blackout shades, so bright light could make it hard to sleep. There was an unfamiliar smell everywhere, and they need scent machines. My own house is 100x way better.
