The room was filthy, and the only thing that worked was the AC. The bathroom was awful, there was no bath mat or trash can, and the duvet had bloodstains on it when we arrived. I went downstairs several times to ask for it to be changed, but it took about four hours before anyone came. There was also a connecting double door to another room, which made me worry someone could come through while I was asleep. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and the food took two hours to arrive while we were hungry. The service was horrible. I absolutely don't recommend it. There are two other hotels down the street, so try one of those.

The lounge has a good sound system, and the hotel staff are welcoming. There are two sit-out areas, including one with a snooker table and a large TV for sports and movies. The rooms are pretty good too.

The hotel was horrible and the service was poor. I wouldn't recommend it, and you'll be disappointed. Once the power went off, the heat became unbearable. It was my worst experience.

A nice, cool place to be. They have professional cleaners, and the workers from Saramayoss Cleaning Services are doing a great job here.

The area is peaceful and the bar is nice. Some of the rooms look beautiful when you inspect them, but the ACs need checking. It's only partly alright.
