There was no power, so I don't understand why the hotel was taking bookings while dealing with internal issues. The bathroom had no floor towel and got messy after each use. I was put in the back wing without anyone mentioning the construction next door, and the noise woke me early in the morning. Just terrible service, with no attention to detail at all.

I went this week, and the hotel has really gone downhill. There was no light, customer care was lacking, and communication was very poor. The manager avoided me and kept hanging up when I called to ask for a refund for a service I hadn't received. I had to raise my voice before they refunded me. I'll never stay here again.

The quiet, serene location made this feel like a good little getaway. You'd never guess there's a hotel here. Staff were friendly and customer oriented, and the room was clean with all amenities working properly. The food was just there, and I thought it was overpriced.

Alexia’s Place is cozy, clean, and very affordable. A good spot if you want peace and quiet.

Quiet surroundings, good food, and a great ambiance. The place is exquisitely furnished and works well for singles, couples, or families. Well deserved 5 stars.
