The hotel is in a nice area, but customer service was terrible. They didn't record customer details before check-in, the intercom seemed to be there just for show, and I was promised a WiFi password that never arrived. The receptionist was often away from the desk, and the entrance didn't feel secure. Breakfast was so bad I would have preferred it not to be included.

I stayed here for a little over two weeks. The service was okay, the power supply was steady, and the manager was a very good man. The other staff were okay too. It almost felt like home until I got a reminder about my flight back, lol. Thanks to the whole team here 🫰🏻

The service at Morada Hotel felt unfriendly, and what they promise online didn't match my experience. They advertise power around the clock, but when it went out, nobody was at reception to sort it out. Staff were rude and unprofessional too. Just a minute after noon, someone came over irritated and demanded payment for another day. I had a very disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend it if you're after comfort and decent service.

I really enjoyed my two weeks at Morada Hotel and would stay again. The room was clean, the staff handled their duties promptly, and we had electricity 24/7.

The manager and receptionist were decent, which were the only bright spots for me. The hotel needs major improvements across the board. Locals come in to use the Wi-Fi and electricity, and that can bother paying guests. There also aren't enough staff.
