New Travellers Lodge & Suites Ltd

The receptionist showed up in boxers and acted mean and unconcerned. Customer relations and service were poor. The place needs care and renovation because the rooms aren’t nice anymore.

I like how spacious the rooms are and where the hotel is located. My only issue is how clean each room is, especially the toilets. They didn’t put much effort into getting them really clean.

I’m still dealing with the bedbug bites, and my body is covered in swollen patches. The bathroom water smells, and the whole place was dirty and stank. I regret paying that much just to suffer for one night. Please don’t stay here 😭

Water was running out of the room I paid 10,000 for, so they moved me to a 7k room that wasn’t worth it. The room was so stuffy I could barely eat in there. Service was poor, and the room, bed, towel, and bathroom were all dirty. Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I wouldn’t recommend that dungeon. Stay there at your own peril ❌❌❌
