The hotel is peaceful, nice, and serene, but there’s a lot they need to improve. I paid 45k and didn’t get the complimentary breakfast, while my friend paid 35k and did. That’s frustrating. There’s no phone number to call, you have to go find someone in person whenever you need anything, and they don’t reply to WhatsApp messages. The food costs a lot for the small portions too.

The room and surroundings were great for photos, with lovely lighting, and I enjoyed staying in my room the whole time. It was beautiful, quiet, and well maintained, with steady electricity and friendly staff who gave top notch service. Breakfast was the same every day, though, and I would’ve liked some variety. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

It’s a nice hotel, but the staff need to improve. They don’t pick up calls or reply to messages, which makes the customer service poor.

The rooms are nice, the amenities are on point, and there’s Netflix. It’s also one of the few hotels where the rooms are clean without that strong weed smell, lol.

I enjoyed my time there. The setting is quiet and lovely, and everyone was friendly, right down to the security guys.
