The surroundings have a nice atmosphere, but customer service needs to improve and be more consistent. I booked two days through booking.com, yet after the first night I got a call asking whether I was checking out or staying. We ordered food twice as well, and both orders got somewhat mixed up.

At Ontario Suite, I feel safe and at home, and the staff are warm and welcoming. There's almost always power, cleaning is regular, and the food is good.

The location is great, and the staff made the visit with their helpful, friendly service. I enjoyed the food too. The network cuts out, though, and the toilet netting needs fixing to keep mosquitoes out.

The food was good, and I enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Prince was especially helpful, and I really appreciated him.
