There are options for different budgets, and I’ve had great experiences across the branches: Allen, Mojeed, Alade, Opebi, Maryland, V.I., Majekidunmi/Oshopey Str., and others. Staff provide great service, the managers are knowledgeable, and the beddings are fantastic. I’ll visit again and again.
2/10
My group and I had a terrible experience, especially given the occasion. Staff were needlessly rude and disrespectful, showed little communication skill or basic decency, and seemed to judge guests by how much they spent during their stay.
2/10
We couldn’t enjoy the birthday we booked the lounge for, and they even sent us out of the pool. The management and supervisor looked down on us and treated us very poorly. They didn’t refund us or apologize, but kept emphasizing how much we’d paid. What an embarrassment and terrible service.
2/10
The hotel itself is cool, but management is bad. The manager speaks to people without manners and judges their purchasing power by how they look. If you want to avoid embarrassment, try the place next door.
4/10
Location is the main thing this hotel has going for it. At reception, there was a strong cigarette smell, and the gum-chewing receptionist had an attitude. The rooms weren’t clean enough and need maintenance. The stair railings look like they could cause an accident, and the elevator wasn’t working. They said it would be fixed soon, as usual.
