Two stars is generous. There were water problems because they couldn't fix the pumping machine, so guests had to keep fetching water. I asked the receptionist about it several times and she was completely nonchalant, didn't even acknowledge me, and never apologized. She just carried on and told me to bring my bucket. I also asked for extra tissue since there was no water, but she said they don't give extras. And the AC was dripping near the bed.

Broken door handles, staff I found incompetent, and cleaners I felt were thieving. I was especially disgusted when my friend, whom I'd lodged here, had his room key go missing. The receptionist said she didn't know where it was, and they searched for over 10 minutes. Then a cleaner who looked criminal brought it back, saying he'd gone to drop a towel. Disgraceful, stay away from this hotel.

It's easy to find, right by the road, and the staff were very helpful and nice. When I arrived there was no water, but they brought buckets whenever I asked, and the pumping machine was repaired that same day. The rooms are very small, and the lack of WiFi threw me off. Breakfast is provided for one person.

We stayed at RBT Hotel before going to Ghana, then came back after the trip. It felt like the right stop both times. My husband and I had a pleasant stay: the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, the food was good, and the surroundings were clean, calm, and welcoming. Somto and Folake were especially friendly and made it more enjoyable. A quiet, affordable choice around Festac, close to parks.

I travel a lot, and I've never met a front desk person as rude and disdainful as the one at RBT on June 26, 2024. I paid for two rooms for my guests around 2 am that day, and she seemed ready to fight with them.
