Room-aerol Hotel and Suites -super Suite

The blue color at Aerol really works for me, and the place has plenty of space with a peaceful feel. It's easy to get to, the facilities are good, and the staff are helpful. The airport is relatively close too, without the usual Lagos hustle and bustle.

There was a power cut yesterday that lasted about two hours, and nobody started the backup generator because the supposed security officers were asleep. How are you meant to feel safe there? The place is disorganized. Please stay away.

I found the environment calm and quiet, with security at both the estate entrance and the hotel. It's a sky blue, two story building with 'Aerol' written boldly on it. To find it, stop at Alidada junction and turn right into Alidada estate. There's a rooftop swimming pool, and although I didn't see many staff, the ones I encountered were efficient. The building is a bit old and needs minor maintenance, which is underway in some areas. Rooms are affordable and have the basic facilities, and the food is tasty. Customer service was good. It's a great getaway location for medium budget tourists, and I recommend it.

The facility is huge, but it's undergoing a major renovation. We called the number in their ad to book, and instead of being told the place was shut down, the person on the other end acted as though everything was fine and said he'd email the information we asked for. When we arrived, it was a ghost town, with only construction workers around.
