The staff made a long stay especially comfortable. They're young, friendly, professional, and caring. Favor, the assistant manager, and Lilian consistently went out of their way to support us. Lilian helped us choose Sigmabase when we were weighing several options, and she was always someone we could bring problems to. She resolved them quickly and cheerfully. Favor would leave her office to make sure we had what we needed and made us feel special. Harrison also personally walked me to the admin block when I urgently needed to print a sensitive document. There are offices and a hall for rent there, too. I stayed at Sigmabase Apartments by Heristays for over a month. It felt more like a home in a private resort than temporary accommodation. The gym, swimming pool, spa, and restaurant are all on the same campus, just a short walk away. The grounds are green, calm, and serene, even though the location is central and walkable. During our Detty December stay, we were close to concerts, events, and hangout spots. When Uber surge prices were outrageous and it wasn't too late, my wife and I walked back after shows, enjoying the fresh air and Zenith Bank Christmas lights while getting our steps in. We could receive visitors in the relaxed area between reception and the restaurant, or use the restaurant itself. Having several comfortable meeting spots on campus was handy. My mobile network provider didn't work well there, but the free 24/7 Wi-Fi was reliable, even for streaming Netflix. The fridge, microwave, and hot plate in the apartment let us order food in bulk, store it, and heat meals whenever we wanted, which made a long stay more comfortable and cost-effective. Sigmabase offers comfort, convenience, good service, and a great location. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lagos.

The pool was dirty, with nobody there to supervise it, especially for kids. My child hated it. We planned to stay eight days, but left after three and found a much better place in Lekki for the same amount. Apart from the location, there was little in our experience to make a return worthwhile. We stayed at one of their VI apartments in February. The room was tiny and not properly clean, and the service was poor. Basic things like tissue, napkins, foot mats, and bathroom floor towels were missing. For somewhere advertised as fully serviced, the service was awful. I called and sent several messages, but nothing was done until three days later, when we were about to check out. The sharp edges on the bed frame were a hazard for adults and children. We kept bumping into them, and my daughter got a few bruises. The mirror wasn't attached, which also felt unsafe with kids around. The room was too small to get dressed in, so we had to use the equally tiny sitting room or passage. There were no Netflix details or much entertainment, and I had to sign into my own account so my child could watch something. Honestly, this wasn't a good decision. I won't visit again.

We spent about five days in one of the studio apartments and had a good time. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable, and secure. The kitchen had dishes and pots, so you could cook if you wanted. The staff were attentive and responsive, and I could tell they cared about the residents. I'd love to return and would recommend it for a stay away from home.

My stay at SigmaBase went smoothly and was stress free. The facilities are great, though I was surprised to find a spring foamed bed in 2026. That's a bit strange to me, but it was somewhat comfortable.
