The room was filthy and clearly hadn't been swept or aired out in weeks or maybe months, even though they knew I was checking in for a wedding celebration at the venue. The room wasn't ready when I arrived. Sockets were loose, there were questionable stains in the bathroom, and the heater was just for show. There was no warm water, though the place was so dirty I wouldn't have showered anyway. The mattress in the so-called "deluxe" room was worn out, and I could feel every spring against my back. The lights went out at times, and the place looked abandoned, like something from a scary movie. They were still installing extra ACs and security cameras on the event day. I'm still amazed they thought it was okay to put people up there and charge for it. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are decent, though they could use some improvement. There were too many mosquitoes in mine, so I had to ask them to use insecticide.

The hotel feels deserted and quite frightening. The management seems inexperienced in hospitality. They treat workers like slaves, and appear to regard customers as potential thieves. Getting through the gate took almost 20-30 minutes because they were searching for the keys. Once inside, they locked me in like a prisoner. What would happen in an emergency? This is the dumbest hotel I've ever seen, and my worst experience. Avoid it at all costs.

The reviews had made me unsure about staying, but I'm glad I gave the place a chance. It felt homely, and I'd definitely come back.

A three-storey hotel with a gym, conference room, pool, and other facilities. The rooms are properly cleaned and have good air conditioning. It's a place to be.
