The staff were okay and responded to what I needed. The room I got had good hot water and a neat toilet, unlike the other two rooms I checked. But the shower didn't work, and the bucket and bowl looked filthy, so I had to ask for replacements. The fridge was dirty and stale and unusable, so I had my item stored in the kitchen fridge instead. There were bed bugs on the bed. I managed to kill two after they'd fed well on me. This was the best of the three rooms I looked at on arrival.

I couldn't bathe during the time I slept here, and had to wait until I reached my destination. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We make plenty of mistakes in life, but staying here shouldn't be one of them. The people posting positive reviews must have been compelled to do it. It's absolutely one of the worst hotels in Lagos.

The staff were good, but the rooms and toilets need a lot of repairs. During the hot part of the day, there was no air conditioning, and many of the facilities weren't working.

The airport is close by, which is about the only upside. The staff are unprofessional and don't respond to problems or service requests. There's no internet, and getting the room cleaned or fresh toiletries can mean practically begging. The place has got worse over the past year. There's no intercom, the washbasin drains don't work, TV reception is unclear, and you have to hold the shower with one hand. Some rooms don't even have a bathroom light. And if you can put up with mosquito bites, that's another issue. When I stayed before, the power was out and the generator wasn't running, so we were cooking in our rooms with mosquitoes around. I'd have checked out in the morning if I hadn't already paid for two nights.
