Springlink Hotel

The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. I liked the toast and egg at breakfast, which I hadn’t even expected to be included until the waiter came by the next morning. The room was roomy enough, well equipped, cozy and quiet, with a kettle, cup, coffee, milk and sugar already there. They have electricity around the clock. It looked so small from outside that I wondered if it was really a hotel, but it’s small and mighty. I’d stay again.

I stayed at this choice hotel a couple of years back and decided I wouldn’t return. I thought the renovations might have made things better, but the service is still terrible. There was no security man to open the gate, and I waited a long time before the porter finally came. The receptionist with the tribal marks had an especially awful attitude. How can a business run with staff like that?

The rooms were well kept, and the place felt secure. Staff were polite and communication was good. I did eventually get a room, though my booking had to be changed slightly.

It’s in a good estate, and the rooms are okay, just a bit small.
