They need more staff. I don't understand how the receptionist is also the gate attendant. The place could use a redesign by a really good architect.

The staff were polite and resourceful, and the location in midfield Ikoyi is great. That was about all I liked. Cleanliness was a zero. I had to call housekeeping several times on check-in day because the towels and rooms were dirty. The so-called free breakfast was two very stale slices of toast, one egg, and one sausage. I paid close to a million for the room and still got that. I looked through all the available rooms, and some had a horrendous mouldy stench. I had to beg them to spray air freshener. The hotel needs a total renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, and the old, dingy mattress had me tossing and turning all night. Apart from the staff, I doubt I'd stay here again unless it was free.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid 90k twice, 180k total, for two annex rooms for two days after checking in on October 10th. We could only use them for one day. They said they could reserve the unused day for another visit, but when we tried to return on October 19th or 20th, they said all the rooms were full and we had to stay elsewhere. I've been asking for my 90k refund for a month, and they keep saying the accountant isn't available. In a big company, the accountant has been unavailable for over a month? This is bullshit.

The intercom in my room didn't work, so I couldn't reach the front desk for emergencies or even basic requests. The AC fan creaked when it swung, then started dripping water when I stopped it from swinging. There was a strange smell, and the old shower had poor water flow. Check-in itself was smooth, but they took me to the Annex through an unfinished building without telling me beforehand. I'd already paid, so cancelling wasn't an option. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the facilities improve, especially in what seems to be a new building under construction.
