Mayhill Hotel

The food at Micada, the hotel restaurant, was 10/10. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, especially Joshua, and the service was awesome. I had a great experience.

There was so much noise from the rooftop that I could hardly sleep. Staff were loud in the corridors, shouting for no reason and even arguing with other residents. The bathroom offered zero privacy, just a transparent glass door with no lock. Service was generally very poor. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

Loved it, from the food to the service. It had everything I wanted, no complaints!

I used to love staying here a few years ago, so it’s a shame how much things have declined. The first room smelled strongly of cigar smoke, enough to set off my allergies. I’m here for 2 weeks, but this was my #1 choice and I’m leaving after one night. I travelled all this way based on my last visit, and I’m extremely disappointed. The staff were patronising and rude, and I won’t return or recommend it to my business associates. At check-in the staff were great, but afterwards they were disrespectful. Check EVERY SINGLE detail of any service they promise. Staff lie about what’s offered, then when they can’t deliver, they say, ‘the supervisors can’t be disturbed at home and there’s nothing we can do.’ They didn’t dispute that I’d been told the service was available, but it wasn’t. No refund or resolution was offered. I discovered the issue within 15 minutes of entering the room, and hadn’t used any other services.
