The manager was thoughtful and offered me an upgrade after I raised concerns about the superior room. The new space was much better. Before that, the bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and ambience had all been below what I expected. Breakfast was alright, and most of the staff were good, though one receptionist was rude and wasn't a good representative of the place. She needs to do better. It wasn't a bad stay in the end.

From security through reception and the rest of the service, everyone was lovely 💞. I just wish they explained the ₦500 token collected after breakfast more clearly, so guests wouldn't be left wondering about it.

Caritas Inn Ilasan was a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, and I’d gladly recommend the Ilasan branch. The room was clean and had what I needed, while the location made it easy to reach local attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, with a warm welcome and attentive service that made my stay pleasant. The amenities impressed me too. Five-star service!

It’s a beautiful place, but there are too many teens walking around all the time.
