The toilet looked abandoned, and mosquitoes kept me awake all night. I paid 25k after being told, when I arrived two days ago, that the listed price was old. It was the worst experience of my life. If I’d read the other reviews first, I wouldn’t have gone.

My cousin and I booked two rooms, but only one had running water. The room they were meant to give us was kept locked because a staff member wanted it for someone who spoke her language. There were no bins, towels, soap, or tissue in the rooms. The bedsheets were clean, and that was the only good thing. There’s no good management here. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The property had already been demolished for a renovation project.

Those five nights were a nightmare, and I’ll never forget them. The service was the worst I’ve experienced, with rude staff, a faulty AC that left me sleeping with the windows open for ventilation, no food, a run-down toilet, and a faulty room lock. When I tried to go outside for something, the gate man locked me out. There were no apologies, except from the Front Desk Lady with a baby on her, the only nice lady there. There’s no customer care number, and the manager’s number couldn’t be reached. It’s unfortunate. I’ll never go near this place again.
