The staff were warm and friendly, and the location feels safe and peaceful. But a few things need attention. At the discounted per-night rate, I was disappointed there was no breakfast included. Some rooms also have an unpleasant smell, so the plumbing needs urgent work and regular deep cleaning. The hotel's hospitality and setting are real strengths, but fixing the odours and plumbing and including breakfast would help make the rates feel justified.

The standard room was a decent size for N18'500, and felt less cramped than the executive. We had great meals, and the staff were kind and ready to help. I highly recommend it. A signpost leading into the hotel would help, and the access road needs repair. The plumbing needs maintenance too, and they should have more sheets. I didn't take many pictures of the grounds.

I've stayed in about eight hotels in Jos, and this was the worst experience. Most other places were fully booked when I arrived in town, so I found this one through Google. The room's shower was leaking into the toilet, and when I asked to switch, there were no other rooms available. I didn't enjoy the plain white rice I ordered either. The location was quiet, serene, and well designed, but the network was poor in the rooms. The biggest shock came at 2:57am as I'm writing this: the generator is off even though there's no public power. I can't imagine that happening at a decent hotel in 2024.

The front desk and customer care representatives were highly efficient, and I had a wonderful time here. The interiors are beautiful enough to deserve two mentions. There are art pieces hung tastefully at strategic spots, comfortable furniture that still looks great, and lovely lighting and ambience. The landscaping is exquisite too, with a great backdrop for pictures, and there's much more.
