Oxygen Waterfront Extended Stay

The customer service was fantastic throughout, from my first call and online contact to the apartment inspection. Daniel showed me around and made me feel at ease. There was a mix-up between the apartment I'd chosen and the one I was given. I wanted an upper floor but ended up on the ground floor. They called me promptly the day before check-in to let me know someone else had already paid for my preferred apartment. They apologized and offered me the whole apartment free for that night. I honestly expected there might be a catch, but there wasn't. A 100% discount, which I never saw coming. On check-in, the fridge had complimentary soft drinks, plenty of fresh water and some beer. The kids had lots of room to play and ride their bikes in the front compound, so it's family friendly. I loved the pool area and the upper deck seating with its lovely water view. I spent hours there because it was so peaceful and calming. They could make better use of the water behind the yard. Maybe offer jet skis to rent for rides on the lagoon, or a boat for cruises or charters. Checkout was seamless. It was pouring, so they let me extend my stay and even gave me more time when I asked. We had a great time, the people were friendly and the WiFi was amazingly fast. I'd rate it 4.99 out of 5 because some wear and tear in the building needs attention, and the apartment I got didn't have smart TVs or smart-enabled TVs. The people, the space and that amazing water view are some of their best assets. I'll definitely go again.
