I was accused of taking two towels from my room after I had checked out, which made for a really disappointing end to my stay. Nobody provided evidence or properly checked what happened. They should have confirmed with the staff or reviewed CCTV before making such a serious accusation. Guests should make sure everything is checked clearly before leaving, so they don't end up wrongly accused.
My stay was made wonderful by Godia, Kelvin,Chella and the dark skin gentleman. Thanks to all of them.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, and the room had a lovely feel to it. But the service was soooo poor. The front desk ladies were rude and couldn't be bothered to help us. At 60k, breakfast wasn't included, which was a bummer. Even ironing one item costs 2k5 🤷♀️
My family and I stayed there in March, 2025, and I put my gold ring and gold plaited wrist watch in the suite safe. They're still missing, and to date neither the manager nor any staff member has explained who opened a locked safe or how my things disappeared from it.
I spent 5 days there and wouldn't stay again. The room itself was the only decent part. The water was brown and had a disgusting smell, so it clearly wasn't treated well. A 70k room doesn't include complementary breakfast, and each meal costs 20k. Room service is only accepted if your food order reaches 20k. I had no wifi for my whole stay and couldn't connect on my phone. I reported it on day one and was told IT was working on it, but nothing got fixed. The T. V has no wifi either, so streaming YouTube, Netflix ect. wasn't possible.
