The place is quiet and hygienic, and I felt at home. The restaurant service is top notch, too. Rooms have 24-hour power, Wi-Fi, AC, and Smart TVs, with high-tech doors for security. It's a comfortable place to stay.

T9 Hotels and Apartment has modern furniture and electrical appliances, along with quality service in a very comfortable setting. Luxury redefined, with that home-away-from-home feel.

The restaurant food is good, though they charge 1k to heat up food in the microwave. That's about the only positive I found. I paid 120k a night for a suite that was nothing like the booking videos, and it was dirty. The sheets and pillows were dirty when I tried to nap, and it took over 3 hours after I called for someone to clean them. There were roaches in the room, too. A friend had recommended this place over a year ago, but now I'm trying to find somewhere else in December, which is difficult. I'm highly disappointed and will upload pictures of the suite. They offered me another room, lol, but it looked no better. This property needs a deep clean.

It's a nicely decorated, homely guest house in a good location. But after three tries to get a kettle without rust, and with no running water for hours, I checked out. They kept my prepaid room rate.
