Oak Haven Hotel And Suites

There’s also a water problem, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, which makes it hard for office staff to get work done here. At night, staff may call to check the intercom without paying attention to the time, disturbing guests who are resting.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable, and everything worked. The hotel itself is great, but the staff were another story. They barely smiled, and whenever I asked something, I felt like I was interrupting their personal time. If you enjoy cold stares and the silent treatment, you’ll love it here. A good room comes with a bad attitude.

The rooms looked lovely, though I didn’t stay overnight, and the grounds were peaceful and good for relaxing or taking pictures. I keep coming back for the breakfast buffet. The meals are tasty and worth the price, with plenty of choices. I liked the stir-fry veggies. The fruit section could be better, but it’s not too bad. The buffet isn’t excellent yet, and there’s room to improve, but they’re putting in the effort. There’s a schedule for what they serve each day and week, continental or intercontinental, so you can call ahead to check. Gloria was wonderful when I called and helped me figure out what I wanted. Thanks, and well done Oak Haven.

The hotel’s spot in the heart of GRA is fantastic and makes getting around really convenient. Oak Heaven Hotel has lost some of its old shine, though it still puts on a good face, and signs of wear are showing. It has charm and potential. With some renovation and care, it could get back to being a top choice. For now, it’s a solid 4-star stay if you value the location and don’t expect perfection. 👍
