Ziroc Apartments Lekki

I'd rate the stay 80/100, and I did enjoy it. The standard room was downstairs, where smoke from guests staying in their rooms sometimes filled the passage and reached mine. I really disliked that and told the Facility Manager. The housekeepers did a good job cleaning my apartment and communicated well. I was grateful to Facility Manager -Mr Uche and the Receptionist(s), who were responsive and reliable. It wasn't perfect, but the good outweighed the bad, and I felt I got value for my money.

We had our wedding reception there, and using the rooftop before retreating to our rooms made it a lovely, intimate experience for my wife and me. The rooms are furnished apartments, with things like a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, burners, and microwave, plus a TV. It has the feel of a hotel.

The staff were so polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and lovely, and the price was great too. I highly recommend it.

Don't trust the pictures. My experience at Ziroc apartments was awful, with rude receptionists who didn't have manners or take complaints seriously. The managers seemed focused only on money, and customer service was zero. There weren't enough staff, and management was poor. The water was unreliable and often dark brown with a terrible smell. I had to buy bottled water just to wash my face. They treated the water repeatedly, but used so much chlorine that I worried it could badly damage my face. There was also heavy smoking in the corridors, despite the NO SMOKE sign, and they allowed it. If you want somewhere calm, pretty, friendly, and stress-free, this isn't it. I left angry. The estate is beautiful, but the establishment feels like a waste of those resources. It needs to close for renovation and get properly trained, educated staff. I hope you do better, Ziroc apartments.
