10/10
The complimentary breakfast has a decent range, and the evening socials with free snacks and drinks give the place a nice social feel. Homewood Suites Hotel also gets praise for its friendly, attentive staff, and the rooms are usually clean and well kept. The suites are roomy and have kitchenettes, which makes them comfortable for longer stays or anyone wanting a more homely setup. A few guests have mentioned maintenance problems or dated decor in some rooms, though those seem to be occasional issues and don’t take much away from the stay. It’s a reliable option with a pleasant atmosphere and complimentary amenities. I’d give Homewood Suites Hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

It wasn’t a terrible room, but it wasn’t great either. The walls were messy, the heaters didn’t work, and the water and electricity kept going off.

There’s plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious, but they aren’t nice. Customer service is poor.

I’d get angry if I started writing about it. Management should just do what needs to be done.

There’s some room to make things better, but it’s good.
