Swiss International The Vistana

The location worked well for us, close to the VGC gates and supermarkets, and checkout was quick and easy. Check-in was a little tricky, though we had arrived early. The room was spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds and AC that cooled it down fast. Breakfast was excellent; we did have to wait a bit, but the staff were friendly and polite. One odd thing was an unwanted 4am wake-up call, so we ended up unplugging it. Aside from that, the stay went smoothly. We’d stay again, hopefully without the early wake-up surprise.

Chinonye at reception makes check-in feel effortless. She’s warm, professional, attentive, and always makes me feel welcome and cared for. That kind of service is a big reason I keep returning. Whenever I’m in Lagos, this is my go-to hotel. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is top-notch, and my stays are always seamless.

The hotel has wonderful staff, including Chinenye, Linda in F&B, and Samuel. I’ll keep coming back. It’s an impressive place, classy and cosy, though on my second day there was a water shortage. They told me an underground plumbing fault was the cause, and it was fixed after 6hrs.

I was given 1,000 loyalty points, which I understand can be redeemed for a free night once I’ve collected enough. I loved the hotel and would recommend it to everyone. My stay was lovely, from reception right through to Swiss Select Room 202.
