You can bring your own food, and if you're stuck in Osogbo, two or three people can share a room without the staff making an issue of it. They’re welcoming and accommodating, as always. I was here recently, and they even wash all the vehicles in the compound before 6am.

The club and lounge helped make up for the hotel’s shortcomings. It’s a beautiful place to stay, though the lights, bathrooms, and broken taps need fixing.

The staff at Halatria Hotel were friendly, courteous, and ready to help, which made me feel welcome. The room rate seemed fair, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice extra for the price. The worn, dated areas of the hotel need regular maintenance to bring comfort and cleanliness up to modern expectations. Noise from nearby clubs and nightlife was a real problem at night. It made sleep and relaxing difficult, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise or want a restful stay.

Bayo, who makes the cocktails in the lounge, was very good and always attentive to customer satisfaction. I enjoyed my whole stay after coming from SA for a friend’s wedding, and I’d like to return for another Nigeria friend event. The hotel is comfortable, with a nice ambience and professional staff. My room had a balcony with a wide view of town, and I was able to swim again while subtle music played in the lounge.

I had the worst hotel experience I've ever had, at home or abroad. The pool bar beside the hotel plays music at an unhealthy volume, and the noise pollution goes on until the early hours of the morning. If you want to rest, don't come here. I mean it, you won't get any rest. It was terrible.
