The bar and pool were great, and there was plenty of parking. The elevator worked too. I had a good stay, the place was beautiful and classic, and everything in the room worked perfectly.

The room upkeep was really poor. I had to remind them multiple times to clean, the toilets smelled, there were no towels or toilet paper, and the cupboards were dusty. I ended up going to the shopping mall to buy toiletries. The girls at reception were very rude and had no manners. The hotel manager or board should train them in customer service, otherwise they could hurt the owner's business. Very poor accommodation.

I was there for a couple of days on a business trip, and found Embassy classic suite and towers peaceful, lovely, and secure. I’m happy to recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Owerri, Imo state. If you enjoy swimming, give their 4ft to 7ft pool a try.

The rooms are in terrible condition, especially the bathrooms, and the air conditioners are really loud. Customer service was awful too. Staff need to learn how to treat and attend to guests.

There were two bathrooms and neither had lights. One didn't even have a working tap, and in the other, the washbasin wasn't connected to the soak away, so dirty water went straight onto the floor. The room maintenance was very bad, or really, there was hardly any maintenance. 🤣
