Trying to get some quiet rest here didn’t work out. Music from the pool bar was loud, and there were several other problems during my stay. I had a bad time and wouldn’t come back or recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here twice because the location is convenient and the price is affordable, not because it’s the best. The water heater worked and outside noise wasn’t an issue on either visit. Power was steady the first time, but on my second stay it went out around midday and never came back before checkout. Service is nothing special for the price.

When staff make mistakes, they don’t take responsibility for them. Customer service is poor.

The staff were courteous, and the food was excellent. It’s a quiet place and the rooms were decent. I’d visit again.

Links Hotel is right across from the State House of Assembly in New Owerri, and it has steady electricity, water, and security. The rooms are okay, with an executive lounge where you can relax or meet visitors. There’s an elevator, but the entrance has steps and there’s no dedicated parking. There also isn’t an accessible toilet.
